Roland is Member of the Austrian Chamber of Architects and Consulting Engineers and Board Member of wonderland – platform for european architecture.

2001 / Master of Science (MSc)  in Urban and regional planning at University of Technology in Vienna, Austria

Since 2001 /urban and rural development projects in developing countries, mainly Central America

Since 2003 / Project development and urban development projects in Central Eastern and Southern Europe

2005 / Urban planners licence at Chamber of Architects and Consulting Engineers in Vienna, Austria

2006 – 2007 / Master of Business Administration (MBA), Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Since 2009 / URBACT II Thematic Expert on Urban Planning

2010 – 2013 / Project Leader for Urban Development at Vienna Main Station at ÖBB Immobilienmanagement GmbH.

Since February 2011 / teaching Urban Planning and Urbanism at the UT Vienna, Institute of Urban Design and Landscape Planning / STB and the Interdisciplinary Centre for urban culture and public space / SKuOR.

since 2012 / Board-member of Wonderland – platform for european architecture.
